Yes, but we hope it won’t come to that!
We continually update our tours to keep them fresh and exciting, but if you want to cancel, just head over to your admin settings in the dashboard to cancel. Your subscription will continue until the end of the billing period, but after this time you will no longer have access to the virtual tours.
We are unable to refund partial billing periods once these have been charged. Subscriptions can only be cancelled from the next billing period onwards.

The system also works with VR headsets through the Seymour & Lerhn app which can be downloaded from the platform.

To access the full platform, you will need an internet connection.
The S&L offline app provides a method for teachers to share content with pupils through a LAN (Local Area Network) router setup included with VR headset kits and similar device sets.
The host device must be connected to the internet to log in and download content, but can push downloaded content to pupil devices while offline.
